For Web page narrations, in most cases, Capt. Nemo's Communications Audio Services retains no copyrights to the recorded material we produce for you. This policy includes the minor changes in wording that are often necessary to make the spoken version flow smoothly and sound good. The written material was yours. It remains entirely yours, unless physical copies of the recorded material (tapes, CDs, etc.) are made for sale at a profit.

Voiceover services for radio and television, readings of books, or other work where the result will be copied on tape, CD, or other media and sold for a profit will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
