Verbatim Transcripts

Verbatim transcripts provide an accurate written record of everything said at a meeting, focus group, interview, teleconference, or presentation. Transcripts are produced from audio or video recordings and are used for publication or distribution, legal proceedings, medical records, pieces for inclusion in a book or article and many other applications.

Types of Transcripts: Depending on your needs, we will produce the type of transcript you need. So-called "100 percent verbatim" transcripts include every single word and we can include every single utterance including ums and errs. These are used in investigations, by law enforcement, psychological evaluations, and employee performance monitoring. We can also include notations of every sound and background noise on the recording. So-called "50 percent verbatim" is a style where only the meaningful words are included, minus ums, errs, and false starts. We can also produce summaries where the speech is "cleaned up" and made into complete sentences with proper grammar. You tell us what you want.
