Beetroot mix

There are several plants that can be considered a magical elixir when they are given to our body as they usually contain several beneficiary things in them. One such as this is the beetroot. Making a mix that includes the beetroot will make any juicing drink highly healthy for your body and tasty at the same time. We made one with the next ingredients:

– 1 beetroot

– 50 grams of red cabbage

– half a lemon

– 2 medium sized carrots

– 50 grams of spinach

– 1 orange

Green mix

Mixing several green vegetables will be extremely beneficial to your body, but won’t be so tasty. Lucky for us that if we introduce some apples into the mix the whole thing will taste so much better and even be healthier for your body. The recipe is as follows:

– 3-4 apples (just not the granny smith)

– 2 stalks of celery

– 1 lemon (you can peel the skin if it is too sour for your taste)

– 100 grams of spinach

– 100 grams of kale

The lemonade mix

This mix will not only keep you think it will also be one of the most refreshing drinks you can have every morning before you start your day.
